Shen’s technical expertise centers around emerging technologies for enterprises, big data and analytics, machine learning and AI, and cybersecurity. She has published books on technology and innovation and is a patent holder on detecting and locating unsecured sensors in critical infrastructures. Shen received bachelor's degrees in both statistics and economics from The University of Chicago and an MBA with concentrations in quantitative finance, entrepreneurship, and strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
